If you need an accountant in Coral Springs, Fl DO NOT USE AVALON ACCOUNTING! I used them last year and the year before that. Everything was fine. This year I decided to go somewhere new. I needed a copy of last years Return so I called Avalon Accounting to ask for a copy. I called two weeks ago and was told by the woman who answers the phone that Mr. Avalon needed to give permission (why I don't fucking know) and that he would call me back. I never got a call.
I called Monday (yesterday) around 1030 am. Mr. Avalon was busy I was told. So I left my number again and waited for a return call. That call never came.
This morning I called and repeated my story and request. I was told "we're very busy".
I can appreciate that but could you please tell me if I'll get a phone call at all, I've been calling for a week now.
"I'll mention it," said the waste of life on the other end of the phone.
I've still not recived a call back. I'm debating just showing up and refusing to leave until they give me my copy of last years return. I'm willing to pay for the copy! Avalon Accounting you SUCK A DICK!
